Summary
The 'Pictory' web config tool, prior to 2.17.0, has a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability, which makes it vulnerable to session takeover. The 'revpipyload' package, prior to version 0.11.1, has a vulnerability in the file management functionality of its XML-RPC interface. This allows an attacker to access or delete arbitrary files that the 'revpipyload' process has access to.
Impact
The CSRF vulnerability in 'Pictory' allows an unauthenaticated attacker to perform actions as an authenticated user by inducing the victim's browser to submit crafted requests. The XML-RPC vulnerability in 'revpipyload' allows a local unauthenticated attacker to access or delete arbitrary files with the privileges of the RevPiPyLoad daemon. This includes sensitive configuration and credential material and, in the case of deletion, can result in a loss of integrity and ultimately a denial of service.

Vulnerabilities
Expand / Collapse allNozomi Networks Labs identified a CWE-22: Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in the file management functionality of the XML-RPC management interface of KUNBUS RevPiPyLoad in version 0.11.0 that allows a local unauthenticated attacker to delete arbitrary files with the privileges of the RevPiPyLoad daemon, resulting in loss of configuration integrity and denial of service, by sending crafted requests to the local management service.

Nozomi Networks Labs identified a CWE-352: Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the web-based configuration backend of KUNBUS PiCtory in version 2.16.0 that allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to perform state-changing operations in the context of an authenticated operator, including deletion of project and configuration files and reset of the control runtime, by inducing the victim's browser to submit crafted requests.
